We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to collaborate with our team by taking ownership of the administrative tasks required to keep our projects running smoothly and efficiently. This position works from our office and is responsible for coordinating information, resources, equipment, and more. You must be an adept multitasker, and confident in navigating databases and utilizing various software. Excellent communication is required both externally (with clients, subcontractors, and other collaborators) and internally.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Administration: Purchasing and selections coordination, project document maintenance, digital filing system maintenance
  • Project Finance Facilitation: Project budget adherence, writing purchase orders & change orders, big-ticket items (windows, cabinetry, anything over $50k)
  • Subcontractor Compliance: Ensure Subcontractor information and paperwork are current, monitor Subcontractor compliance to company standards
  • Bids and Subcontracts: Create, review, and submit bid packages and contracts
  • Purchase Orders: Create and submit purchase orders, review and compare to budget for compliance
  • Selections and Approvals


Benefits & Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000 - 80,000
  • Vacation: 1 week + 3 holidays paid per year

Required Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Proficiency in (or able to quickly become proficient in) Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Google suites, and more
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking abilities
  • Professionalism in manner and attire
  • High School diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Professional references available
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as necessary to meet production milestones
